The thief (devil) comes not, But for to steal, And to kill, And to destroy: Jesus came that the sheep might have life and that they might have it more abundantly. But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, You know not what manner of spirit you are of. For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. Let him that stole, steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that need. And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passes away. For the wrath of man works not the righteousness of God. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
