"Helpers"

For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.

And he said, Woe unto you also, you lawyers! for you lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and you yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, you which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering yourself, lest you also be tempted. Bear you one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden.

And God have set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.  Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith you stand.  Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus: Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. Likewise greet the church that is in their house.

Don't Promise Anything

But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King. Neither shall you swear by your head, because you cannot make one hair white or black. But let your communication be, Yea, yea; No, no: for whatsoever is more than these comes of evil.

Go to now, you that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:Whereas you know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away. For that you ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. But now you rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.

Honestly, Let's Be Honest

For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Savior.

But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

But the anointing which you have received of him abides in you, and you need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it have taught you, you shall abide in him.

Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teaches in all good things.

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men.

Now I pray to God that you do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that you should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

That you may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that you may have lack of nothing.

For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.
